Prior to joining MarineFifty, Pradeep held senior leadership roles at HSBC and Citi across London, Hong Kong, India, and Singapore, where he directed the execution of more than 65 landmark transactions with an aggregate value exceeding US$110 billion. With a powerful blend of commercial acumen and strategic vision, Pradeep focuses on helping high-stakes businesses and investors navigate consequential decisions. He works closely with leadership teams to drive transaction preparedness, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation.
