Ralph de Haan

A seasoned senior executive with more than 20 years of experience across the energy, chemicals, and logistics sectors. Known for his commercial acumen and forward-looking leadership, Ralph brings a deep understanding of global energy markets and a strong track record of delivering large-scale hydrogen and green fuels projects across Europe and the Middle East.

Before joining MarineFifty, Ralph served as Vice President of Hydrogen Business Development – Europe for Saudi Arabia’s national green hydrogen initiative, backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). In this role, he led strategy for offtake, infrastructure partnerships, and cross-border project development. Prior to that, he was Director of Business Development at ENOWA, where he helped build NEOM’s pioneering hydrogen and e-fuels ecosystem.
